Teen program sets book drive and holiday dance

The Spotswood Teen Activity Program (TAP) has planned two upcoming holiday events.

The group is collecting new and slightly used books to be donated to a local charity. Every book brought in to TAP will earn a raffle ticket for the group’s annual drawing set for Dec. 2 at the Spotswood holiday tree lighting ceremony. Books may be dropped off at the main desk at Memorial School, Memorial Drive, or given to any TAP member.

A holiday dance is set for 7-10 p.m. on Dec. 15 at American Legion Post No. 253, Devoe Avenue, Spotswood. Admission is free to all TAP members.
