Party affiliation not the controlling factor in decision-making
     It has been said that the South River governing body is out of control because its management team is of one political party. There are seven council seats, all of which are occupied by individuals who cover a wide spectrum of career disciplines, and therefore bring a diverse management resource. The fact that they are Democrats does not diminish good decision-making.
