      Stop wasting public money on silly, expensive rail studies
           Last week, a number of people from central New Jersey were exposed to one of the most ludicrous examples of bureaucratic nonsense. Because a few people in Ocean County think they need a train line that wanders all over central New Jersey, NJ Transit and its consultants held what they called a "scoping meeting" to obtain comments from the public and its designated representatives.
