Monroe Recreation will offer "Donna Dewbury’s Adult Painting Class for Be­ginners to Advanced" July 16 from 6-9:30 p.m. at Monroe Community Center, 120 Monmouth Road. The cost is $40 and class size is limited to 12 individuals. A "take-home" project and materials will be supplied.
