Volunteers sought for help with snow

The Borough of Jamesburg is seeking volunteers to help those borough residents, such as elderly and ill residents, who are unable to clear their own sidewalks. An ordinance in place indicates that sidewalks must be cleared within 48 hours of a snow fall, or a summons can be issued. Anyone able to help, especially those with pick-up trucks, snow blowers and shovels, should contact Bernie Long at (732) 521-2222, ext. 105.
