Save taxpayers money, lower school thermostats

With the price of heating oil so high this year, most people are trying to save money by lowering their thermostats.

Unfortunately, I do not think the East Brunswick school system believes in doing this. I am taking an evening adult course at the high school, and it is so warm in the classrooms, I do not know how the students stay awake all day.

Our school taxes are very high, and the least the Board of Education can do is try to lower the thermostats at all schools. Besides saving the taxpayers money, this would be much healthier for the students.
