      Helene M. Casey Deniken

      Mrs. Deniken, 72, of South River, died Nov. 17 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are her husband, Richard Deniken; two sons, Richard Deniken of Cherry Hill and Kevin Deniken of Mount Olive, N.C.; four daughters, Maureen Whitehouse of Hamilton, Helene Deniken of Morgantown, W.Va., Diane Tomori of Monroe and Kristina Deniken of Louisa, Va.; two brothers, Edward and James Casey, both of North Carolina; 11 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. A Mass was offered at Corpus Christi Church, South River. Cremation was private.

      Raymond W. Coderre Sr.

      Mr. Coderre, 76, of the Cliffwood Beach section of Old Bridge, formerly of Brick and Summit, died Nov. 18 in Raritan Bay Medical Cemetery, Old Bridge division. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as supervisor of engineering at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division. His wife, Marie Tedesco Coderre, died in 1998. Surviving are two sons, Raymond Jr. of Jackson and William of Freehold; two brothers, Walter of Galloway and William of the Millington section of Passaic Township; a sister-in-law, Florence Allocco of the Forked River section of Lacey; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Bernadette’s Church, Parlin section of Old Bridge. Entombment was in Holmdel Cemetery.

      Mary Chojnacki

      Mrs. Chojnacki, 43, of Jackson, died Nov. 13 at home. Surviving are her husband, Robert John Chojnacki Jr.; a son, Robert John Chojnacki III, at home; her parents, Robert N. and Catherine Battaglia Rider of Old Bridge; a brother, Robert Rider of East Brunswick; three sisters, Ellen Harris of Freehold, Rita Birardi of Jackson and Janet Babbitt of Magnolia, Ark.; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Carol Chojnacki of Marlboro; and eight nieces and nephews. A funeral liturgy was offered at St. Aloysius Church, Jackson. Interment was in Harmony Cemetery, Jackson.

      William J. McGowan

      Mr. McGowan, 70, of Hollywood, Fla., formerly of South Amboy, died Nov. 19 in Mount Sinai Medical Center, Miami Beach, Fla. Prior to his retirement in 1993, he was employed for 15 years as chief financial officer for the city of South Amboy. Before that, he worked as warehouse manager for Cheeseborough Ponds, East Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, Jeanne Fox McGowan; a son, William J. McGowan of South Amboy; a daughter, Sandra Klein of South Amboy; a brother Andrew McGowan of Bayville; two sisters, Dolores Anderson of Hobe Sound, Fla., and Jean Collingnon of Laurel, Md.; and six grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Mary’s Church, South Amboy. Cremation was private. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent dePaul Society, c/o St. Mary’s Church, 256 Augusta St., South Amboy, NJ 08879.

      Rosemarie Livor Oberuch

      Mrs. Oberuch, 73, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, died Nov. 18 in Victoria House, Matawan. Prior to her retirement in 1996, she was a cashier at ShopRite of Sayreville, where she worked for 17 years. Surviving are her husband, John; a daughter, Leslie Arnold of Tempe, Ariz.; three sons, Patrick J. of Edgecom, Maine, John M. of Carlsbad, N.M., and William of Hoboken; a stepsister, Judith Wilkie of Plattsburg, N.Y.; and seven grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Bernadette’s Church, Parlin section of Old Bridge. Interment was in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, East Brunswick.

      Frank Krupa

      Mr. Krupa, 80, of South Brunswick, formerly of Milltown, died Nov. 18 in Applegarth Care Center, Monroe. He was a millwright at National Lead Industries, Sayreville, before retiring in 1981. Surviving are his wife, Gloria Pizzaia Krupa; two sons, Frank Krupa of Lavalette and James Krupa of the Toms River section of Dover; three daughters, Sonia Krupa of South Brunswick, Cheryl Tucciarone and Gloria Gant, both of Toms River; a sister, Ann Cegielski of South River; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Interment was in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arnytown section of North Hanover. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, 1502 N.W. Ninth Ave., Bob Hope Road, Miami, FL 33136.

      William J. Larkin

      Mr. Larkin, 56, of East Brunswick, formerly of North Brunswick, died Nov. 18 at home. Surviving are his wife, Janet Bernasconi Larkin; and a son and daughter, Brian and Christine Larkin, both of Jamesburg. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Bartholomew’s Church, East Brunswick. Interment was in St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Brunswick. Memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 200 Middlesex Turnpike, Iselin, NJ 08831.

      Desmond W. Cawood

      Mr. Cawood, 84, of Sayreville, died Nov. 19 in Care One, East Brunswick. His wife, Thelma Rainbow Cawood, died in 1983. Surviving are two sons, Clifford Cawood of Sayreville and Brian Cawood of Monck’s Corner, S.C.; a brother, Gordon Cawood of Vermont; two sisters, Monica Cawood of California and Cherie Lempriere of Washington. Services were held at Maliszewski Memorial Home, Sayreville. Cremation was private.

      Alfred J. Kaminski

      Mr. Kaminski, 72, of South River, died Nov. 18 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a machine operator with Algro Knitting Mills, South River, and then as a custodian for 15 years at Central Elementary School and Hammarskjold Middle School, both East Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, Karolina Jonak Kaminski; a daughter, Alice of South River; a son, George of New Hampshire; and a cousin, Kasimir Kwast of North Brunswick. A Mass was offered at St. Mary of Ostrabrama Church, South River. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick.
