Holiday gala, menorah lighting set at temple

Etz Chaim Monroe Township Jewish Center will hold a community Hanukkah party from 3-5:30 p.m. on Dec. 12 at the temple, Cornell Avenue.

The event will feature live musical entertainment, a magic show for all ages, a community menorah lighting at 5:30 p.m., potato latkes and jelly doughnuts.

Cost is $12 for adults age 13 and up, $10 for children ages 5-12 and seniors, free of charge to children under age 5; family rate is $40.

Reservation deadline is Dec. 8.
