Recreation offers trips to game, ‘Nutcracker’

The Milltown Department of Recreation will sponsor two upcoming trips.

Residents are invited to the 1 p.m. Dec. 12 performance of the New York City Ballet’s “The Nutcracker” at Lincoln Center, New York City. Cost is $75 and includes bus transportation and ticket to the ballet.

An excursion to the 3 p.m. New York Knicks vs. Utah Jazz basketball game is planned for Dec. 19. Tickets cost $40 and include bus transportation and game seats.

Lorraine Ahearn is December Artist of the Month. Her work is on display at Milltown Borough Hall.

‘Nutcracker’ ballet set

for Dec. 11 at EBHS

The New Jersey Dance Theatre Ensemble, in conjunction with the East Brunswick Education Foundation, will present performances of “The Nutcracker” at 1 and 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 11 at East Brunswick High School (EBHS), Cranbury Road.

Tickets cost $17 for adults, $14 for senior citizens and children under age 10, $12 for groups of 20 or more.
