Carolyn Dailey Doller Ms. Doller, 47, of Hightstown, died March 15. Until two years ago, she was a school bus driver for the South Brunswick Board of Education. She was predeceased by her parents, MaryAnn Pizio Dailey and Foster E. Dailey. Surviving are three sisters, Susan Olsen and Debra Ciko, both of South River, and Tami Lynn Dailey of the Browns Mills section of Pemberton; and three nieces and two nephews. Services were private. Arrangements were under the direction of Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
Nathaniel Maller Mr. Maller, 90, of Monroe, died March 5 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was predeceased by his wife, Phyllis Maller, and by a stepdaughter, Joanne Freundlich. Surviving are four children, Jonathan Maller, Bonnie Maller, Jeanne Naglak and Lawrence Rand; and four grandchildren. Services were held at Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold. Interment was in Workmen’s Circle Cemetery, Freehold. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Richard Miller Mr. Miller, 64, of Boca Raton, Fla., formerly of East Brunswick, died March 17 at home. Surviving are his wife, Bonnie Sue Golden Miller; a son, Craig Miller of Westfield; two daughters, Robin Zemlock of Marlboro and Blake Ober of Florida; a sister, Natalie Garfunkle of Marlboro; and seven grandchildren. Services were held at Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick.
Aaron Rinsler Mr. Rinsler, 84, of Monroe and Boca Raton, Fla., died March 18 in West Boca Hospital, Boca Raton. Surviving are his wife, Roslyn Berger Rinsler; a son, Steven Rinsler of Brooklyn, N.Y.; a daughter, Marilyn Rinsler, also of Brooklyn; and two grandchildren, Elana and Seth. Services were held at Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick. Interment was in Baron Hirsch Cemetery, Staten Island, N.Y.
David Phillip Shectman Mr. Shectman, 66, of Manchester, formerly of East Brunswick, died March 18 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, Marilyn Goldfarb Shectman; a son, Jeff of Manchester; and a daughter, Helaine Grossman of East Brunswick. Services were held at Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, East Brunswick. Julius Reisman Mr. Reisman, 87, of Monroe, formerly of Woodbridge, died March 16 in The Elms, Cranbury. Surviving are his wife, Sylvia Gindes Reisman; a son, Richard R. Reisman of New York City; a daughter, Joan Reisman-Brill, also of New York City; and three grandchildren, Elizabeth Reisman and Leon and Allegra Brill. Services were held at Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, East Brunswick. Interment was in Beth Israel Cemetery, Cedar Knolls section of Hanover.
Basil Lubanski Mr. Lubanski, 79, of Spotswood, formerly of South River, died March 17 in Old Bridge Manor. Surviving are his wife, Audrey Holborow Lubanski; four sons, Jeff of Stroudsburg, Pa., John of Spotswood, Jay of Lagrangeville, N.Y., and Joe of the Waretown section of Ocean; a daughter, Jane Kane of Palisades Park; a brother, Paul of Westfield, Mass.; three sisters, Olga of Russia, Gainia of South River and Mary Clarke of New Smira, Fla.; and nine grandchildren. Arrangements were under the direction of Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice. Rita Mirando Morgera Mrs. Morgera, 62, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, died March 18 in the Toms River section of Dover. A hairdresser for more than 40 years, she worked for the past two years at Unique Hair Studio, Sayreville, where she also was part owner. Surviving are a daughter, Lori Morgera, with whom she lived; a sister, Palma Reardon of the Forked River section of Lacey; three grandchildren; and her husband, Anthony of Old Bridge. A Mass was offered at St. Bernadette’s Church, Parlin section of Old Bridge. Interment was in New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin section of Sayreville.
Rocco Caroleo Mr. Caroleo, 84, of Spotswood, died March 14 at home. His wife, Millie Belmonte Caroleo, died in 2000. Surviving are three daughters, Angela Colaianni of Colts Neck, Loretta Guglielmo of Morris Plains and Donna Killian of Old Bridge; a brother, Joseph Caroleo of Long Island, N.Y.; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood. Entombment was in Holy Cross Burial Park Mausoleum, South Brunswick.
Joan P. Waraksa Ms. Waraksa, 52, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, died March 15 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a floral designer at Jacqueline’s Florist, South Amboy. Her father, Paul J. Waraksa, died in 1984. Surviving are her mother, Helen Waraksa of Parlin; a sister, Patricia Skenesky of Monroe; a niece, Kimberly Beth Lehrfeld of the Lawrenceville section of Lawrence; and a great-nephew. A Mass was offered at St. Bernadette’s Church, Parlin section of Old Bridge. Interment was in Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.
Jean H. Brazdo Wagner Mrs. Wagner, 93, of Bay Head, died March 18 in Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Prior to her retirement, she was the proprietor of the Log Cabin Restaurant, Woodbridge. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter, and by an infant son, Richard Horner. Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Arnott of East Brunswick; five grandsons, Keith Arnott of Colts Neck, Gregory Arnott of Belleaire, Fla., Scott Arnott of Brielle, James Arnott of Block Island, R.I., and Brian Arnott of Old Bridge; eight great-grandchildren; and a niece. Services were held at Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Perth Amboy.
Ella May Rispoli Mrs. Rispoli, 88, of Milltown, died March 18 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was predeceased by her husband, Vito William Rispoli, and by two daughters, Roseanne Emmens and Lois Thedorakis. Surviving are three daughters, June Sayben of Edison, Carol Taryani of Manahawkin and Ellen Lynch of Milltown; a son-in-law, Brian Lynch of Milltown; a brother, Gus Carow of Jamesburg; two sisters, Anne Donaldson of East Brunswick and Rose Zeller of Connecticut; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Services were held at Crabiel Home for Funerals, Milltown. Interment was in Van Liew Cemetery, North Brunswick. Tessie Ciccarelli Rafano Mrs. Rafano, 88, of South River, died March 17 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to her retirement, she was co-owner, with her late husband Cosmo, of Cosmo Catering Services Inc., South River. Before that, she was employed as a seamstress with Brodsky and Sons, South River. She was a Democratic committeewoman in South River for more than 40 years. Her husband, Cosmo Rafano, died in 1998, and a son, Louis Rafano, died in 2004. Surviving are a son, Robert C. Rafano of South River; a brother, Vito Ciccarelli of Staten Island, N.Y.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at Corpus Christi Church, South River.
