E.B. residents invited to May 17, 21 CPR classes

East Brunswick residents will learn life-saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills at free classes set for 7-9 p.m. on May 17 and 10 a.m. to noon on May 21 at the East Brunswick Rescue Squad headquarters, 346 Cranbury Road, at the intersection of Summerhill Road.

Certified CPR instructors will demonstrate the skills needed to properly treat a person whose breathing or heart has stopped. It has been proven that early CPR greatly improves a person’s chance to survive sudden cardiac arrest. The classes are open to East Brunswick residents. For more information or to register, call (732) 238-8739.
