      On Campus

      Christopher Irons, son of Kenneth and Patricia Irons of East Brunswick, recently graduated from West Chester (Pa.) University, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in English literature, with a minor in business and technical writing. A member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity, he is the lead singer with Long Shot Hero, a West Chester-based pop punk/ska/rock band. Irons is a 2001 graduate of East Brunswick High School.

      Kacie Peters, daughter of Dolores and Richard Peters of South River, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, where she is a freshman majoring in political science and is competing at the national level as a member of the university’s forensics team. She is a graduate of Mother Seton Regional High School, Clark.

      Gerald P. Oliveto, son of Carol and Gerald Oliveto of East Brunswick, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Rutgers University College of Engineering, New Brunswick, where he is majoring in civil engineering. He is a 2001 graduate of East Brunswick High School.

      Kristin Anderson, daughter of Laura and Roger Anderson of East Brunswick, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, where she is a sophomore majoring in psychology and serves on the executive board of her sonority, Sigma Delta Tau.

      Michelle Chin of East Brunswick recently was inducted into the Phi Omega Epsilon honor society at Farleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck.
