      Feb. 3

      • Indoor Rummage Sale, sponsored by Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the white house next to the church, 568 Ryders Lane, East Brunswick. Snow date is Feb. 4. Parking available in the church parking lot. (732) 254-7361.

      • Knights to Remember Spring Prom Fashion Show, sponsored by the Old Bridge High School PTSA, 7 p.m., in the auditorium at Old Bridge High School, Route 516. Students, administrators will model formal prom gowns and tuxedos. Admission is $8 per person; includes door prizes, refreshments. All proceeds benefit graduating senior scholarships.       Feb. 4 & 5

      • “Souper Bowl” Weekend, sponsored by Corpus Christi Parish, 100 James St., South River. Children of the parish and members of the St. Vincent de Paul Society will collect cans of soup for the needy before each Mass. Other nonperishable canned foods and cash donations also accepted. Checks should be made payable to the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Donations distributed to those in need in the parish and community.

      • Super Bowl Breakfast, sponsored by American Legion Post No. 214, 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the post home, 264 Whitehead Ave., South River. Eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, home fries, coffee, tea, juice, cake. Cost is $8 per person, $3 for children under age 10. (732) 254-9712.
