The Giants, coming off a very successful indoor season, continued their dominant play and posted the 6-1 victory. Tewksbury came out strong after the opening whistle and dominated for about the first 10 minutes of play. The Giants began to come alive when John Loubnan opened the scoring with a goal at about the 12-minute mark. Loubnan scored again later in the game. His two goals combined with scores from Rob Shalikar, Matt Roche, Coby Kelner and Justin Rosa allowed the Giants to run away with the victory. Tewksbury scored a goal late to avoid the shutout. The Giants are scheduled to play Scotch Plains-Fanwood next week in an away game.

The girls were semifinalists in the North Brunswick League (7-4 during the season) and once again nearly avenged a regular season loss. Hillsborough needed a basket with two seconds left to edge the Monroe team by a point. Monroe placed second in the North Brunswick March Madness Tournament.
The team is made of up point guards Kylie Davidson and Alexa Carini; shooting guards Jena Pritzlaff and Christina Felice; forwards Meghan McClaren and Kristen Junquet; power forwards Samantha Clark and Keriann Manziano; centers Jacqueline Racine and Fallon Regan; and coaches Ed Pritzlaff and Brian Clark.
