SCOTT PILLING staff Acclaimed children's author and illustrator Steven Kellogg met with small groups of

students throughout the day Friday at Warnsdorfer Elementary School in East Brunswick. Kellogg spoke about picture books and how they are a form of art designed specifically for children during the PTA-sponsored visit. He also signed books that the students previously had an opportunity to purchase.
