In the past year or so, I have found that Sayreville is changing for the worst. People drive by and throw litter out of car windows. What kind of upbringing did they have? I can hear bottles being thrown from cars at night. Every morning I am picking up someone else's dog mess from my property. Graffiti can be seen around town. The signs of the downfall of Sayreville are very clear and I find it very sad that no one seems to care. Isn't it still against the law to litter? Don't you have to pick up after your dog? Why can't people be ticketed? I am sure I am not the only one to observe these things.
