Veterans Day services are planned for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 12 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 3091 Bordentown Ave., Parlin section of Sayreville.

The congregation will welcome local veterans organizations at a worship service to honor individuals who are serving or have served the United States. The church's Sunday school children will make special gifts for the veterans.
