Marlow Mr. Marlow, 87, of Monroe, formerly of Jamesburg, died Dec. 8, 2006, in Cranbury Care Center, Monroe. He served as a Jamesburg Borough Council member, borough clerk, Democratic municipal chairman and director of Jamesburg Mutual Savings and Loan. During the early 1960s, he founded Marlow Insurance Agency, Jamesburg, and later was joined in the business by his daughter. A son, Richard, died in 1997. Surviving are his wife, Stella Palco Marlow; two sons, Gerald of the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover and Rodney L. Jr. of Atlanta; a daughter, Marianne Marlow of Freehold; and two granddaughters. A service was held at M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Monroe. Interment was in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Monroe. Margaret M. “Peg” Rittweger Mrs. Rittweger, 82, of Clark, died Dec. 13, 2006, at Clark Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was predeceased by four brothers, William, Daniel, Frank and Thomas McSweeney. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Frederick C. Rittweger; two sons and daughters-in-law, Frederick M. and Pam Rittweger of Leavenworth, Kan., and Thomas M. and Karen Rittweger of East Brunswick; a brother, Joseph McSweeney of Westfield; and two grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Clark. Interment was at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia section of Woodbridge. Marian Ahern Geiger Mrs. Geiger, 89, of Boca Raton, Fla., and formerly Milltown, died Dec. 15, 2006, in Deerfield, Fla. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Melissa Feller. She is survived by a daughter, Carol Ann Feller of Princeton; and three grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Milltown. Arrangements were by Bronson & Guthlein Funeral Home, Milltown. George J. Gunia Sr. Mr. Gunia, 89, of South River, died Dec. 16, 2006, at home. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Alfreda Michalowski Gunia; a son and daughter-in-law, George J. and Maryann Gunia Jr. of South River; a daughter, Marilyn Gunia of Keansburg; two sisters, Marie Bay of East Brunswick, and Elaine Fourman of Monroe Township; and two grandchildren. Raymond Zelehoski Mr. Zelehoski, 57, of East Brunswick, died Dec. 15, 2006, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was network technician at Verizon, New Brunswick, for 39 years. He was predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Ceceilia Gurney Zelehoski. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Stark Zelehoski; a son and daughter, John Zelehoski and Carrie Zelehoski, both of East Brunswick; a sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Ron Eiring of Milltown; a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Helen Zelehoski of East Brunswick; a half-brother Stanley Zelehoski and his wife, Adele of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Corpus Christi Church, South River. Arrangements were by Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick. Albert J. Castagnetta Jr. Mr. Castagnetta, 68, of Freehold Township, formerly of Old Bridge, died Dec. 7, 2006, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Nancy Rebak; a son and daughter-in-law, A.J. III and Renee Castagnetta of Hopelawn; two grandchildren; and a cousin, Edward Castagnetta of Helmetta. Funeral services were private, with the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township, in charge of arrangements. Sharon Craney Kirkman Mrs. Kirkman, 61, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, died Dec. 9, 2006, in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Prior to her retirement, she was employed in the medical records department at Roosevelt Hospital, Edison, where she worked for 15 years. Surviving are her husband, Thomas; two daughters, Christine McFeeley of Manalapan and Sandra Hines of Sayreville; a sister, Veronica McGloan of the Morgan section of Sayreville; two granddaughters; and many nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Mary’s Church, South Amboy. Interment was in Christ Church Cemetery, also South Amboy. Ruth A. Jenkin Zink Mrs. Zink, 83, of Old Bridge, died Dec. 6, 2006, in Arnold Walter Nursing Home, Holmdel. Her husband, Ebden Zink, died in 1985, and a daughter, Judith Grooms, died in 1990. Surviving are two daughters, Susan Imkemeier of the Cliffwood Beach section of Old Bridge and Jacqueline Flohs of the Toms River section of Dover; two sons, Donald Zink of Rockaway and Douglas Zink of Sayreville; a brother, David Jenkin of Florida; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Jenkin of Parsippany; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, James V. Masiello in 1961; and a daughter, Marguerite Masiello. She is survived by a son, Samuel J. Masiello of East Brunswick; a brother, Stanley Lobycz of South Amboy; and a granddaughter. Burial was at St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick. Fernicola Sadowski Mrs. Sadowski, 84, of New Brunswick, died Dec. 12, 2006, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are her husband, Joseph Sadowski; two sons, Steven of South River and Joseph of New Brunswick; a sister, Theresa Fernicola of Nutley; a brother, Michael Fernicola of Newark; and four grandchildren. Smith Mrs. Smith, 86, of East Brunswick, died Dec. 11, 2006, in Reformed Church Home, Old Bridge. Her husband, Linus Smith, died in 1986. Surviving are a son, Linus Smith Jr. of Spotswood; two daughters, Janet White of Westminster, Colo., and Mary Lynn Zydycryn of East Brunswick; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery, South Brunswick. Margaret C. Wainczak Mrs. Wainczak, 89, formerly of Sayreville, died Dec. 12, 2006, at her daughter’s home in Montague. Her husband, Michael, died in 1979. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, June and George Ruskai and Pam and Bill Stephens; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services were held at Maliszewski Memorial Home, Sayreville. Interment was in New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin.
