Congratulations to Carol Nersinger, director of the East Brunswick Public Library, to the library staff and to all the residents of our town on the new additions to the library ("Library Serves Food, Drink and More Hours," Sentinel, Jan. 11).

We all know that change is not easy to implement, especially when things are going very well to start with. We have a wonderful, award-winning library, and the extended hours and new services will make it even better.

I am sure the new café and teen area will attract even more people and make our library a great place for meetings and spending time.

I am looking forward to dropping off my children at their part of the library and having a meeting, personal or business, over a cup of coffee at the new café.

When the children finish their work, I hope they will join me for some hot chocolate.
