      Community invited to St. Thomas colloquium

      St. Thomas the Apostle School, Route 18, Old Bridge, will present its annual Colloquium at 8 p.m. April 2. The community is invited.

      As part of the school's World Diversity Fair, St. Thomas students are studying and showcasing the continent of Africa. The colloquium will future students' school projects and regional food for sampling. The school choir and band will perform African music selections.

      The evening also will mark the close of the Heifer International Project, in which all St. Thomas students participated. Heifer International is a worldwide organization that helps students raise money for families in need and provides farm animals and training.
