Congratulations to the East Brunswick Baseball Leagues 13U All Star team for having a great summer of tournaments. The team played together for the first time in the East Brunswick Memorial Day tournament, won a tournament in Montgomery and had five wins and one loss in its final tournament in South Brunswick. The team is looking forward to continuing its fine season in fall baseball.

The team was led by great pitching from Ryan Frey, Cole Lipman, Jonathan Allen, Alec Metsch and Chris Wilczynski, with timely hitting by Steve Assennata, Dominick Pizzano, Vincent Laudicina, Mike Manning and Ryan Bedoff, and outstanding fielding of Joshua Newman, Victor Louis and Sam Horowitz.

The manager, Lane Newman, and the coaching staff of Rich Pizzano, Steve Wilczynski, Lance Horowitz and Steve Assennata did a great job with the preparation and running of the team.
