      Community Programs sets fee-based preschool
            East Brunswick Public Schools Community Programs, an enterprise of the East Brunswick Public Schools, will offer a feebased preschool program for 3-, 4- and 5- year-olds who are not yet eligible for kindergarten.       Buckelew 5K to aid revitalization panel
            The Buckelew 5K race will take place at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 8 at Thompson Park, Perrineville Road, Monroe. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. in the cabin near the sledding hill. Proceeds, after expenses, will benefit the nonprofit Jamesburg Revitalization Coalition Inc. The course, which is in entirely in the park, will challenge runners and walkers of all skill levels.

            Commuters will soon be able to receive road emergency notices on their cell phones, Keep Middlesex Moving announced last week. KMM plans to introduce the Emergency Traffic Network (ETN) text messaging system this fall.
