      Councilman owes apology to those renting homes in borough
            This letter is in response to comments made Milltown councilman Randy Farkas in a recent article titled "Changes Likely in Ford Avenue Plans" (Sentinel, Sept. 27). Mr. Farkas made a statement saying that people who rent property in the town are not usually stakeholders in the community or do not take philosophical ownership of the property they are renting.
