            Mr. McInerney, 69, of South Amboy, died Dec. 22, 2007, in Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement, he was a banker withAmboy Bank, Old Bridge. He was predeceased by a daughter, Patricia, in 2003, and by a son, Daniel, in 2006.

            Mrs. Falk, 84, of East Brunswick, formerly of Edison, died Jan. 4, 2008, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are a son, Steven L. Falk of East Brunswick; a daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Mark Henderson, also of East Brunswick; a brother, Paul Segal of Florida; and a grandson.

            Mrs. Timson, 69, of Monroe, formerly of North Brunswick, died Jan. 1, 2008, at home. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a legal secretary for Peter Selesky, Esq., New Brunswick. Surviving are three sons, Steven Timson, and his wife, Patricia, of East Brunswick, Michael Timson of Milltown and Kevin Timson, and his wife, Ellen, of Wallington; and two granddaughters.

            Mrs. Maimone, 87, of North Brunswick, died Jan. 7, 2008, at Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Rossiter, Pa., she had been a resident of the local area for more than 50 years. She was a communicant of St. Mary of Mount Virgin Roman Catholic Church, New Brunswick, and a member of the North Brunswick Italian American Club.

      Michael J. Nowicki
            Mr. Nowicki, 60, of South Amboy, formerly of Old Bridge, South River and Manalapan, died Dec. 30, 2007, at the Plainsboro home of his companion, Janie (Sydney) Hostetler. He was employed as an agent with the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office, New Brunswick, for the past seven years. His wife, Carol T. Malinowski Nowicki, died in 2005.

            Mrs. Bialek, 89, of White House, Tenn., formerly of Spotswood, died Dec. 28, 2007, in Hendersonville Medical Center, Hendersonville, Tenn. Prior to her retirement in 1981, she was a secretary for the New Jersey Department of Transportation, Milltown office, where she worked for 21 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Stephen, in 1993.
