James J. McInerney Sr.

Mr. McInerney, 69, of South Amboy, died Dec. 22, 2007, in Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement, he was a banker withAmboy Bank, Old Bridge. He was predeceased by a daughter, Patricia, in 2003, and by a son, Daniel, in 2006. Surviving are a daughter, Kathleen Christian, and her husband, Joseph, of the Somerset section of Franklin; two sons, James J. McInerney Jr., and his wife, Jessica, of Glendale, Ariz., and Joseph McInerney of Old Bridge; a brother, Thomas McInerney of Hershey, Pa.; and eight grandchildren. A funeral service was held at Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
