Estate, federal taxes to be topics at seminar

The New Jersey State Bar Foundation will offer a free seminar on estate and federal income tax from 7-9 p.m. on Feb. 21 at the New Jersey Law Center, One Constitution Square, off Ryders Lane, New Brunswick. Topics will include recent changes to New Jersey estate tax; distributions from individual retirement accounts (IRAs); saving for college (529 plans); and exclusion of gain on the sale of a principal residence.
