            Mrs. Coppola, 85, of the Clearwater community in Spotswood, formerly of East Brunswick, died Feb. 18, 2008, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Her first husband, James W. Simmonds, died in 1992.

      Paulette Briand Doyle
            Mrs. Doyle, 100, of Old Bridge, formerly of the Cliffwood Beach section of Old Bridge, died Feb. 16, 2008, in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Prior to her retirement in 1988, she was a private-duty nurse's aide for more than 50 years. Her husband, John Lane Doyle, died in 1963; a son,Michael Doyle, died in 1997; and a daughter, Paulette Nye, died in 1997.

            Mr. Borysewicz, 77, of South River, died Feb. 16, 2008, in Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement in 1988, he was employed as a laborer with W.W. Henry Corp., South River, where he worked for many years. His wife, Genevieve Zukowski Borysewicz, died in 2002, and a daughter, Janet Borysewicz, died in 1984.

            Mrs. Hammond, 73, of Monroe, formerly of Old Bridge and Florida, died Feb. 21, 2008, in the Gardens at Monroe. Surviving are her husband, Alvin; and a daughter, Allison Hammond of California. Funeral services were held at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Spotswood.             Mrs. Hockenjos, 85, of Sayreville, died Feb. 19, 2008, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was predeceased by her husband, Conrad, in 1977, and by her companion, Walter Fabiszewski. Surviving are three sons, James, and his wife, Joan, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.
