Barlow to begin four-year term at helm in July

It's official ... Thomas Barlow is the next mayor of Spotswood. Barlow, a borough councilman, was elected May 13 to succeed Barry Zagnit, who served as mayor for the past 12 years. Along with Barlow, voters gave Borough Council terms to incumbent Edward Seely and newcomer John Shaughnessy during the borough's nonpartisan election. More...
