      Knight makes return to gridiron after missing 2007 season with injury
            When discussing a humid evening and a long rain delay, baseball is the sport that comes to mind. But those were the conditions when All-Star teams composed of graduating seniors from Middlesex and Union counties competed on the gridiron in Snapple Bowl XV on Friday.

      Fluke fishing remains the only game in town
            With Raritan Bay temps reaching 70 degrees, the fishing has turned on and the fish are hitting everything from squid-killie combos to peanut bunkers. The Atlantic Star continued to work the Raritan Reach, with plenty of fillets for the dinner table. The Atlantic Star is fishing for fluke on two trips daily - from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

      Personal seat licenses further alienating the average fan
            Some of my fondest childhood memories involve going to live sporting events with my father. I think that holds true for a lot of people, especially in the tri-state area, where there are so many professional franchises in a variety of sports.
