Mr. Winant, 89, of East Brunswick, died July 23, 2008, in Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a milkman with Forsgate Farms, Monroe, and then as an appraiser for the Department of Transportation. He also was the owner/operator of Winant Agency Real Estate, Old Bridge. He was predeceased by his wife, Eileen Stotle Winant. Surviving are a son, David, and his wife, Donna, of Spotswood; a sister, Marie Grodzki; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.Arrangements were under the direction of Maliszewski Funeral Home, South River. Cremation was private.
