Mr. Litwinow, 87, of South River, died Aug. 23, 2008, in Victoria House, Matawan. Prior to his retirement, he was employed for 22 years as a machine operator with Peter J. Schweitzer, Spotswood. Surviving are his wife, Elena Choronenko Litwinow; a daughter, Ella Michalkowski, and her husband, John, of Monroe; a son, Valery, and his wife, Sally, of North Canton, Ohio; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services were held at St. Mary's Russian Orthodox Church, Jackson. Interment was in St. Vladimir's Cemetery, also Jackson.
