Wizard of Oz' tryouts scheduled for Triple H

Triple H Productions Inc., under the direction of Wilfredo Hernandez Jr., will hold open auditions for its upcoming musical production of "The Wizard of Oz" 6:30-9:30 p.m. Sept. 23 and 24 in the auditorium at South Amboy Middle School/High School, 200 Gov. Hoffman Plaza.

Youngsters in kindergarten-eighth grade will audition on Sept. 23; high school students and adults are invited to try out on Sept. 24.

Interested individuals may register in advance to save time and ensure an audition spot by logging on to www.triplehproductions. com and filling out a registration form.

Performers, who are asked to prepare 16 bars of music to sing, should bring the sheet music to the audition; songs from the show are encouraged. An accompanist will be provided. All roles are open.
