Library to host breast cancer workshop

James C. Salwitz, M.D., oncologist, and Susan McManus, M.D., breast surgeon, will present a workshop on Breast Cancer Awareness, Treatment & Prevention at 7 p.m. Nov. 3 at the East Brunswick Public Library. The program is free and everyone is welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.

Drs. Salwitz and McManus will discuss the importance of the early detection of breast cancer. They will also address the signs and symptoms, genetics, and the importance of preventative measures, such as engaging in regular physical activity and maintaining a healthy weight.
