      Series of meetings on goals, vision to begin Feb. 4

      Spotswood officials are creating a vision for the town's future, and want residents to become part of the planning process. Mayor Thomas Barlow announced that the borough will conduct a series of community meetings to discuss and take input on the town's eventual Community Vision Plan, which will serve as a guide for future development.       Mr. Johnson, 84, of Spotswood, died Dec. 24, 2008, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He served for many years as a deacon at First Baptist Church of New Brunswick.
