Arthur Frank Johnson

Mr. Johnson, 84, of Spotswood, died Dec. 24, 2008, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He served for many years as a deacon at First Baptist Church of New Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, MaryAlice Longcor Johnson; two sons, Eric Frank Johnson, and his wife, Lori, of New Lebanon, N.Y., and Carl Arthur Johnson, and his wife, Anna Kirby, of Durham, N.C.; a daughter, Lisa Lorraine Johnson of New York City; a sister, Joy Johnson Wemyss of Huntington, N.Y.; an uncle, Robert Johnson, M.D., of Tarrytown, N.Y.; and three grandchildren. A memorial service is planned for 4 p.m. Feb. 15 at First Baptist Church of New Brunswick. Arrangements were under the direction of Quackenboss Funeral Home, New Brunswick.
