      Thomas Russell Peterson
            Mr. Peterson, 95, of Hightstown, formerly of East Brunswick, died Jan. 27, 2009, in University Medical Center at Princeton. Prior to his retirement in 1972, he was employed as an assistant plant manager with DuPont Photo Products, Parlin section of Sayreville, where he worked for more than 40 years. His wife, Edith Peterson, died in 1991.

      Helen Wagner Marrone
            Mrs. Marrone, 97, of the Somerset section of Franklin Township, and formerly North Brunswick, died Feb. 3, 2009, at Spring Hills Assisted Living, Somerset. She was employed at Scharf Garment Co., New Brunswick, retiring in 1973. She was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union of America for 25 years.

      August "Gus" T. Festa
            Mr. Festa, 86, of Middletown, died Feb. 3, 2009, at Bayside Manor, Keansburg. He was employed at Volckening Inc., Brooklyn, N.Y., for 37 years. Mr. Festa was predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Antoinette. He is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Patricia of Staten Island, N.Y.

      Sister Mary Dorothy Ryan
            Sister Mary Dorothy Ryan, R.G.S. (Religious of the Good Shepherd), also known as Sister Mary of Our Lady of Good Counsel, died Feb. 2, 2009, at the Marie Esther Health Center in Marlborough, Mass. She was 87 years of age and had been a Sister of the Good Shepherd for 64 years.

      Edward J. Miglin
            Mr. Miglin, 78, of South River, died Jan. 29, 2009, in Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was predeceased by a sister, Helen Prysiazny, and by five brothers, Paul, Thomas, Walter, Robert and James. Surviving are many nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Mary of Ostrabrama Church, South River. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Brunswick.

      William Philip Wetzel
            Mr. Wetzel, 86, of Vero Beach, Fla., died Jan. 25, 2009. He was raised in Linden and had been a longtime resident of Metuchen, where he and his wife, Kathleen, raised nine children prior to moving to Florida in the late 1980s. Mr. Wetzel was a Rutgers University graduate and served in the U.S. Merchant Marines during World War II.

            Mr. Belfiore, 62, of Elizabeth, died Feb. 4, 2009, in Community Medical Center, Toms River section of Dover. He was predeceased by his father, Anthony J. Belfiore. Surviving are his mother, Agnes Belfiore of Old Bridge; and a brother, John, and his wife, Elizabeth, also of Old Bridge. A Mass was offered at St. Ambrose Church, Old Bridge.

      Clifford N. Tinsman Sr.
            Mr. Tinsman, 75, of East Brunswick, died Jan. 23, 2009, at home. Born in North Brunswick, he resided in Highland Park, and Edison, prior to relocating to East Brunswick 52 years ago. He was a truck driver at Burlington Industries, Edison, and North Bergen, for 38 years, retiring in 1988. He was predeceased by a brother, Charles Tinsman.

            Mr. Rosato, 85, of Keyport, died Feb. 4, 2009, at Bayshore Health Care, Holmdel. He was an automotive machinist at Matty's Auto Parts, Aberdeen, for 40 years, retiring in 2008. Mr. Rosato was predeceased by his wife, Stella Raskyasky Rosato, in 1988; and a sister, Jennie Sardella.

She was predeceased by her husband, Christopher Bogart Sr. Surviving are two children, Christopher Bogart Jr. of Eatontown and Pamela Bogart of Highland Park. A Mass was offered at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Interment was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
