Bill of Rights to be focus of discussion The East Brunswick Historical Society will present attorney Alan Brodman and students from the Institute for Political and Legal Education in a program titled "The Bill of Rights: Its History" 2-4 p.m. Feb. 15 at the East Brunswick Public Library, Jean Walling Civic Center. The discussion will include a sampling of legal cases involving the Bill of Rights. Items relating to the Abraham Lincoln bicentennial celebration, along with objects relating to the recent 220th anniversary of the Bill of Rights, will be in the cases at the library.
