      Federal judge remands case to state Superior Court

      Afederal court judge recently ruled in favor of Milltown in a lawsuit centered on the 22.5-acre Ford Avenue redevelopment property. U.S. District Court Judge Anne E. Thompson dismissed the legal complaint from the property owner, SB Building Associates, which sued the borough and its redevelopment agency over its effort to have the property redeveloped. More...

      Mr. Pileggi, 89, of Bedford, Va., formerly of Spotswood, died Jan. 25, 2009, in Bedford Memorial Hospital. His wife, Betty, died in 1992. Surviving are three children, Elizabeth Herring, and her husband, John, of Bedford, Anthony Pileggi, and his wife, Suzanne, of Spotswood and Albert Pileggi Jr. of Jackson; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
