      Ground broken on new 'model' facility on Route 130

      The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission will relocate its East Brunswick branch to a new $4.9 million facility in the Dayton section of South Brunswick. State officials recently broke ground on the new, larger building on Route 130. The proposed 6,950-square-foot facility would be "a model agency," one of 20 in the state, according to the commission.       Adam Mongelli is proof that "mind over matter" isn't just an expression. When asked what he did to become South River's all-time career winner in wrestling matches, Mongelli pointed to his head.
