      Mr. Drew, 90, of Aberdeen, died Feb. 26, 2009, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was a retired accounting supervisor at Western Electric, where he was employed 45 years. He was predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Anne E. Lillis Drew. He is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Judith D.

      Mr. Rand, 91, of Monroe, died Feb. 25, 2009, at home. His wife, Ethel Rand, died in 2002. He was the official photographer for Monroe for many years. Surviving are a daughter, Judith Rand Dichter, and her husband, Barry, of Larchmont, N.Y.; a son, Michael Rand, and his wife, Anne, of Columbia, Md.; a sister, Pearl Rand Rosenthal of Deerfield Beach, Fla.

      Mr. Kaczmarek, 57, of Sayreville, died Feb. 24, 2009, at home. Prior to his retirement in 2000, he was employed at E.I. DuPont, Parlin section of Sayreville, where he was employed for 22 years. After that, he worked as a parts delivery man for Open Road Honda and BMW, Edison. He was predeceased by his parents, George F. and Rose T. Pysno Kaczmarek.

      Mr. Leiser, 73, of Spotswood, died March 4, 2009, at home. A roadway foreman for 17 years with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, East Brunswick, he also was a former director of the Spotswood Office of Emergency Management, where he served since the late 1970s.
