      Mr. Landi, 77, of East Brunswick, died March 26, 2009, in Golden Living Center, Old Bridge. His wife, Millie, died in 1994. Surviving are two sons, Joseph, and his wife, Mary- Ann, of the Morganville section of Marlboro and Richard of Monroe; a sister, Anna Fragomeno of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and three grandchildren.
