      Vendors invited to join in Child Fair
            Participants are sought for the Community Child Fair, a flea market and vendor fair planned for 10 a.m.-1 p.m. April 25 at Kiddie Academy, 410 Main St., Spotswood. Spaces cost $10 each. All proceeds collected from space-rental fees will benefit the Christopher Basile Foundation.

            The East Brunswick Lions Club invites the public to participate in its 13th annual Golf Classic set for May 27 at Bunker Hill Golf Club, Griggstown section of Franklin. Entry fee is $110 and includes green fees, cart fees, refreshments, lunch, beverages, dinner, awards and prizes.

      Golfers sought for Fathers Club outing
            The Immaculate Conception Fathers Club, Spotswood, will hold its annual Golf Outing May 11 at Rossmoor Golf Course, Monroe. Registration will begin at 7 a.m. Start time is set for 8:30 a.m. Cost is $150 per golfer and includes green fees, motor cart, golf, continental breakfast, hot buffet luncheon and beverages.

            The Spotswood High School Volleyball Game To Fight Multiple Sclerosis (MS) will take place 6:30-8 p.m. April 22 in the gym at the high school, Summerhill Road. The annual event has raised more than $60,000 for MS research.

      Comedy Night on tap at legion post
            American Legion Post No. 253, Devoe Avenue, Spotswood, will hold a Comedy Night starring Matt Bridgestone and friends on April 24. A buffet dinner is set for 7 p.m. The show will begin at 9 p.m. Cost is $50 per couple, $30 per person, and includes beer, wine, soda, the buffet and show. All tickets must be purchased in advance; tickets will not be sold at the door.

            The Monroe Township Knights of Columbus, Nativity of Our Lord Council No. 14658, will hold an April 25 and 26 fundraising drive for children with learning disabilities.       Main Street to stage Lee's 'Mockingbird'
            The Main Street Theatre Company will present its production of "To Kill a Mockingbird" at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, April 17-May 2, and 2 p.m. April 26 and May 3, at the theater, 3018 Bordentown Ave., Parlin section of Sayreville. The production will celebrate the upcoming 50th anniversary of the publication of the classic novel by Harper Lee.
