Mrs. Young, 100, of the Whiting section of Manchester, formerly of East Brunswick, died July 10, 2009. Prior to her retirement in 1979, she was employed as a food server at Bowne-Munro School, East Brunswick, where she worked for five years. Her first husband, Joseph Dionne, died in 1929; her second husband, William Valley, died in 1964; and her third husband, William Young, died in 1985. Surviving are a daughter, Doris Karpinski, and her husband, Al, of Whiting; a son, Paul Vallee, and his wife, AnnaMae, of Vermont; a sister, Laura Boyle of Massachusetts; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Interment was in New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin section of Sayreville. Arrangements were under the direction of Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
