      St. Vincent fundraiser slated for Sept. 12, 13
            The St. Vincent de Paul Society Craft Fair, Tricky Tray and Bake Sale will take place 2-4 p.m. Sept. 12 and 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Sept. 13 at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 185 Applegarth Road, Monroe.       Trinity Church plans Sept. 13 kickoff event
            Trinity Presbyterian Church, Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, will hold a Kickoff Sunday on Sept. 13. A tailgate breakfast will be served 9:15-10 a.m., during which time visitors will have the opportunity to find out how to participate in church activities.       Health screenings, lectures set in Monroe
            CentraState Medical Office at Monroe, 312 Applegarth Road, Suite 103, will offer several upcoming free health screenings and lectures. Cholesterol and blood-pressure screenings are set for 10-11 a.m. Sept. 15. The blood-pressure screening is free of charge. The cholesterol screening costs $11; fasting is not required, and results will be available in five minutes.

            The Middlesex County Public Health and Education Committee recently scheduled the county's 2009-10 Seasonal Influenza and Pneumococcal Immunization Clinics. The 19 vaccination clinics will be held Sept. 11-Oct. 23 in communities served by the Middlesex County Public Health Department.
