The Krav Maga Regional Training Center, East Brunswick, will conduct a Fight for the Cure Self-Defense Seminar 1-3 p.m. Dec. 6 at the East Brunswick Jewish Center, 511 Ryders Lane.

Participants will learn the basics of Krav Maga, the official self-defense system of the Israeli defense forces, in a fun and safe environment.

Cost is $30 per person. All proceeds will support the Marni Fund to fight cancer. Donations will go directly to breast-cancer research.
