The Main Street Theatre Company will conduct auditions for “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” 7-9 p.m. March 12 and 14 at the Main Street Theatre, 3018 Bordentown Ave., Parlin section of Sayreville.

Show dates are June 4-19. Rehearsals will begin the second week in April.

All roles are open, including the fiery, boisterous Randle P. McMurphy; the icy martinet, Nurse Ratchid; the emotionally disturbed Billy Bibbit; and the hulking hallucinate, Chief Bromden. There are also roles for eight male patients and aides, ages 25-70, and four female nurses and prostitutes, ages 20-35. Auditioners will be required to read from the script.
