St. Stan’s Holy Name Society will sponsor a sit-down Roasted Half-Chicken Dinner 5-9 p.m. April 23 at St. Stanislaus Kostka School, MacArthur Avenue, Sayreville.

The menu will include chicken, a baked potato, string beans, garden salad, dessert, soft drinks, milk, coffee, tea, beer and wine.

Dinner will be prepared by Carmen Spezzi and the staff of the church carnival and the recent Haitian Relief Dinner.

Tickets cost $15 for adults, $7 for youngsters ages 12 and under. Takeouts also will be available.
