Mr. Israel, 82, of Florham Park, formerly of East Brunswick, died March 29, 2010. He was predeceased by his first wife, Joan Ferrara Israel, and by a brother Sheldon. Surviving are his wife, Carolyn Francy Israel; two daughters, Karyn Joan Israel, M.D., of Easton, Pa., and Annette Joan Kempf, and her husband, Jeffrey Kempf, M.D., of the Princeton Junction section of West Windsor; a stepdaughter, Patricia Babb, and her husband, Robert, and their three children; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services were held at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens. Arrangements were under the direction of Crabiel Home for Funerals, Milltown.
