Mr. Jarusiewicz, 67, of Old Bridge, died June 3, 2010, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement in April, he was employed as a van driver with Middlesex County Transportation. Before that, he worked at DuPont, Parlin section of Sayreville, for 29 years until 1993. He was predeceased by his father, Edward Jarusiewicz. Surviving are his wife, Diane Diestel Jarusiewicz; three sons, John T., and his wife, Lisa, of North Brunswick, Michael, and his wife, Shelly, of Monroe and Thomas, and his wife, Jennifer, of Riverdale; his mother, Jean Galinski Jarusiewicz of South Amboy; two brothers, Edward, and his wife, Betty, of Bayville and Richard, and his wife, Jane, of the Lincroft section of Middletown; a sister-in-law, Patricia Vazquez, and her husband, Edward, of Point Pleasant; three grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Interment was in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Parlin. Arrangements were under the direction of Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
