Guests will learn how to design and create their own jewelry at a program set for 7-8 p.m. July 29 at the East Brunswick Public Library, Jean Walling Civic Center.

Local jewelry designer Carole Doerr will share professional tips on the tools needed and on how to select the best supplies and basics to create necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
